It’s hard for me to contain my excitement about this announcement! A super cool shop in the Fremont neighborhood (where I grew up) in Seattle has stocked their shelves with a lovely assortment of geometric Frawn items. The shop is called Portage Bay Goods and has been around since 1998! They sell a wide assortment of letterpress cards, funky gifts for adults and kids, jewelry, and art all made by local artists. Please check them out if you are in Seattle and if you want them to carry some additional Frawn goods, let them know. Their shop info can be found here.
There is another great spot in Portland to pick up your favorite Frawn items, it’s called Bean and Tree Coffee House. It’s a lovely coffee shop located along the waterfront which is also one of our favorite walking paths in Portland in the summer, perfect for people watching. They sell Stumptown coffee in addition to some yummy summer drinks (see below, seriously). Not only do they sell coffee and treats but they also sell locally made jewelry and accessories. Please check them out here
We are working on some new items for the fall and spring. One of the ideas that I’m playing around with is making belt buckles of my grandfathers cowboy art. My grandpa, Ted Drummond, spent many years riding horseback through Utah, California, and Nevada as a surveyor. He loved the outdoors, animals, and the west which influenced his beautiful collection of prints and hand sketches. These are a couple of samples of how they look, let me know what you think!

The summer solstice is upon us and that only means one thing…it is time once again for the Fremont Fair in Seattle from June 21st-23rd. It takes place in the Fremont neighborhood, also known as the center of the universe. This is unlike any festival you have ever been to with the craziest, clothing optional parade on Saturday and a dog parade on Sunday. Come early for a good spot along the parade route and stop by our booth at 34th street just south of Phinney Ave.

The Frawn etsy shop is going on vacation from April 29th-May 31st.
Please be sure to order your Mothers Day and Fathers Day gifts early especially if you need custom items. It’s going to be SO HARD to be closed for such a long period of time, I’m so connected to my work and making these special gifts is such a rewarding part of my day. Checking my etsy inbox is the first thing I do when I wake up and the last thing I do before I go to bed, talk about a big change!! So please place your custom orders soon to make sure that I can get them finished in time and let’s hope for more of these sunny days!!
We have some exciting new items that are being distributed to local shops and will be added to etsy in June. Lots of great geometrics with bright bold colors….
Lastly, we will be at the Fremont Festival in Seattle June 22nd-23rd so come check us out!
