It’s hard for me to contain my excitement about this announcement! A super cool shop in the Fremont neighborhood (where I grew up) in Seattle has stocked their shelves with a lovely assortment of geometric Frawn items. The shop is called Portage Bay Goods and has been around since 1998! They sell a wide assortment of letterpress cards, funky gifts for adults and kids, jewelry, and art all made by local artists. Please check them out if you are in Seattle and if you want them to carry some additional Frawn goods, let them know. Their shop info can be found here.
There is another great spot in Portland to pick up your favorite Frawn items, it’s called Bean and Tree Coffee House. It’s a lovely coffee shop located along the waterfront which is also one of our favorite walking paths in Portland in the summer, perfect for people watching. They sell Stumptown coffee in addition to some yummy summer drinks (see below, seriously). Not only do they sell coffee and treats but they also sell locally made jewelry and accessories. Please check them out here
We are working on some new items for the fall and spring. One of the ideas that I’m playing around with is making belt buckles of my grandfathers cowboy art. My grandpa, Ted Drummond, spent many years riding horseback through Utah, California, and Nevada as a surveyor. He loved the outdoors, animals, and the west which influenced his beautiful collection of prints and hand sketches. These are a couple of samples of how they look, let me know what you think!
